Our B&B offers a 538
square foot self contained Suite (50 square meter)
with private entrance easily accessible
down a few steps from a peaceful and relaxing garden, 1
bedroom with queen size bed, 1 private bathroom
with tub/shower, a large family room and a gas
fire place. All rooms in the Suite have complete privacy.
In floor radiant heat (hot water in a concrete slab) keeps
the suite warm and cosy during cooler days. Large windows allow
plenty of natural light.

Features
- When you book our
b&b Suite, you are the
ONLY guests in it. You don't have to share anything with
anybody!

The Suite is equipped with a color cable TV and DVD, a PAL/SECAM/NTSC
converter to allow connection of foreign camcorders to the TV
(ask for details) and a private kitchenette, with dishes and silverware,
a sink, microwave oven, mini oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a refrigerator/freezer and a high temperature sanitizing dishwasher.

To check their e-mails or surf the net, our Bed and Breakfast
guests have FREE 24 hour unlimited access to a fast ADSL Internet
private computer station, located in the suite. Laptop provided, there is no need
to bring your own, unless you want to!

Unlimited local calls on the Suite's phone line are complimentary.
A private phone number allows direct incoming calls to the Suite.
Fax service is available in our office. Faxes can be received
24 HR free of charge. Local (or toll free) sending of faxes is
also complimentary.

For our B&B guests convenience, a private safety box is provided free of charge in the Suite.
- Occasional use of the washer/dryer on request.
- Iron / ironing board in the suite.

We are pleased to offer
a smoke free environment in the house. Smoking is allowed outside.

Children over 12 are welcome. Unfortunately, our setting is
not appropriate for younger children.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Easy free parking is available on our street, usually right in front of the B&B.
